Ruzgar Ahmadzadeh was born in Baku.

She studied Musicology at the Azerbaijan State Conservatory and Music Production and Sound Engineering at the Point Blank Music School in London. She took composition lessons from composer, professor Aydin Azimov.

At the age of 15, she composed her first work, “Laylay” (op.1). Her compositions include pieces for various instruments, romances for tenor and baritone, a piece for soprano and violin, folk songs, “Colors” for mixed choir and string quartet, string quartet and wind quintet, “5 Preludes” for piano, variations “Variations”, “Sonatina” and “Dedication”, and a 3-part “Sinfonietta” for mixed orchestra. She composed the official anthem for “Qarabag FK” and the song “Victory is our voice”. Her works have been performed in various countries.
