Shabnam Kheyrulla (Shabnam Turbandazadeh) was born in Baku.

She studied at Baku State University in the field of Librarianship and Information (2005-2009 Bachelor's / 2009-2011 Master's) and at Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art in the field of Theater Directing (2023-2027).

She worked at ANS TV (2008, 2012-2016), "Fatiyev Company" (2011), "Gundalik Baku" newspaper (2011-2012), Space TV (2012), Trend agency (2016), Lider TV (2017), Khazar TV (2017-2020), Real TV (2020-2022). She participated in television as a project author, manager and presenter. She won various creative competitions. She has been an employee of Public Television since 2022.
