“Kochari” Film Project Wins Award

The feature-length documentary project "Köçəri" (Nomad), directed by Nurlan Hasanli and produced with the support of the Cinema Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan (ARKA), has achieved success at the 30th "Baltic Sea Docs" international co-production and pitching forum held in Riga, Latvia. The project was awarded the "Baltic Sea Docs Award" and secured professional consultation services. The project team includes screenwriter and director Nurlan Hasanli, producer Emil Najafov, creative producer Turkan Huseyn, cinematographer Iman Imanov, second camera operator Ali Rza, camera assistant Anvar Karimov, sound engineer Ramal Rustam, editor Asif Isgandarli, executive producer Ruhin Mirzayev, and line producer Fariz Muradkhanli. "Baltic Sea Docs" is an international co-production and pitching forum dedicated to creative feature-length documentary projects from the Baltic Sea region, Eastern Europe, and the Caucasus. Established in 1997, the forum is considered one of the most prestigious industry platforms focused on documentaries in the Baltic region and is organized by the National Film Centre of Latvia.
